Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of
Second Class Lower Division.
Experience:
Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree
work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling and
completion and drilling operations at a senior level.

Demonstrable ability to develop and champion critical drilling
processes
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Good planning and scheduling skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
