Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit respectively.
Experience: Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in workover completions and operations.
Additional Requirements:
-Demonstrable knowledge of workover and completions operations
-Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
-Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigeria environment
-Effective communication skills
