Engineers Identify Four Ways Out

The Society of Petroleum Engineers in Nigeria is concerned about Africa’s poor human capital development, Nigeria’s escalating crude oil theft, a dismal record of women empowerment in the workplace and the untapped opportunities in the country’s marginal fields.
The society has released a 1,920 word communique, summarizing the conclusions of several discussion panels at the last edition of its annual International Conference and Exhibition, held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, from July 30 to August 1, 2013, in Lagos.
