Desired Expertise: The ideal candidate for this job role would be required to promote and encourage safety and service quality.  He would be responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions in addition to championing the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL). He will also have to coordinates and assist with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL.
Experience: Must have 10 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations which includes experience in a Halliburton Service Coordinator role or Performance Development Coordinator role.  15 years of Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations experience, including experience in a Halliburton Technical Planner role may be substituted in lieu of undergraduate degree requirement.
Minimum Education: Bsc. in engineering in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines.
