Desired Expertise: The wellsite leader will be responsible for operational delivery of the well stock to planned schedule and quality to support the delivery of production and exploration/appraisal programme, New Well Delivery Planning, Ensures all well programmes are executed in conformance with DWOP (Drilling Well Operations Practices) and ETPs (Engineering Technical Practices) with dispensation and risk assessment for any non-conformance. He’ll also have to assure delivery of Health, Safety & Environment performance at the rigsite within framework of contractor SMS (Safety Management Systems) with bridging documents in place. S/he should exhibit sound knowledge of the following: Well Control, Completion Operations, Rig and Drilling Equipment, Drilling and Completion Fluids, Tubular Operations, Cementing Operations, PWD (Pressure While Drilling) / MWD (Measurement While Drilling) / LWD (Logging While Drilling), Strong Leadership Skills, D&C Software Package among others.
Experience: 10 years Minimum work experience in the Industry, specifically in Well Operations (ideally offshore experience)
Minimum Education: Engineering Degree or High School and relevant experience
