Desired Expertise: The Operation Management Leadership Program accelerates development and produces leaders capable of meeting the manufacturing challenges facing GE’s Global Supply Chain. OMLP is a 2-year program that allows members to build leadership and technical skills through challenging rotational assignments, projects and world-class training. Typically a program member will have a supervisory, technical, sourcing and production / materials management assignment while on program. It is expected that program member have strong oral and written communication skills, Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, are able to coordinate many tasks concurrently and have strong business acumen with the ability to motivate others.

Experience: Entry level career opportunity in manufacturing

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) from an accredited university with cumulative GPA of 3.0/4 (14/20)
