Desired Expertise: It is expected that the right candidate for this job role should be able to develop and implement TGL’s internal communications strategy in consultation with the Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Manager, partner core functions of the business to roll out change initiatives and new projects as and when required, create appropriate platforms to provide employees with an in depth understanding of the business; its goals and objectives, help promote the inculcation of TGL’s core values as a way of life, ensure relevant internal brand visibility while engaging, aligning and Energising employees to become willing ambassadors for the company. S/he must demonstrate the ability to transform complex information into clear simple key messages relevant to the target.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years corporate experience in internal communications management and must show evidence of writing skills and sound editorial judgement
Minimum Education: Must have a minimum of first degree in Communications, Business Management or Social Sciences. A professional qualification or Masters in Communications or Journalism will be an added advantage
