Under direct supervision, assists in bit proposal development, bit application recommendations and post-well evaluation of bit performance. Provides technical and operational assistance primarily to internal customers in a professional manner. Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles, basic bit technology and basic drilling processes. Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning and develop the minimum technical knowledge required for success within Drill Bit Services (DBS) operations. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science and/or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
