HR Manager / Coordinator
Set up the Human Resources function for a new mine in Western Africa. The role is to support HR whilst the mine expands in construction.
Duties
Developing org structures
Developing pay scales
Writing HR policies in line with the groups
What you’ll bring
Experience in West Africa’s mining industry
Fluent in French and English
Experience in working wit developing mines
extensive HR experience
Package
USD tax free salary. 1 year contract with the likelihood of expansion, FIFO.
