Exciting opportunity for a Mine Manager to be part of a new developing project in West Africa This role will lead the team to develop and underground gold mine.
Reporting in to Executive level, this operation is looking to appointing an experienced Mine Manager on a permanent basis to head mine operations for this green field project and bring the operation up to full production.
Suitable Applicants
Mining Engineering Degree or equivalent
Experience narrow vein mining
Experience of working in an underground mine developments, greenfield
Experience with a junior mining company
Your key duties will include
– Carry out all legal responsibilities entrusted to the Manager as per Mine Health and Safety
– Risk Management, governance and compliance.
– Security of the operation and its personnel.
-Project development of the mine and bringing into production
