Ofserv and Sonomatic are organizing an open enrollment Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) workshop in Lagos, Nigeria.
“This highly interactive workshop will introduce the concepts of NII and sensitize the Industry about its benefits as a cost-effective asset integrity methodology”, the organisers explain in a statement.
The course runs from 9.00 to 17.30 on July 12, 2017.
“NII allows comprehensive inspection of pressure vessels to be performed while on-line, eliminating the need for the inspection to be carried out only during shut downs. This minimizes shut down durations and allows process plant operators to maximize production. As such NII is being used increasingly by operators worldwide. Participants in the workshop will gain an understanding of the benefits of NII, the main stages in the NII process, how NII is applied in practice and key success factors to effective NII. Case studies of successful projects and highlighting best practice will also be presented.
