Provision of  Offshore Drilling Services through one Dynamic Positioning Dual Activity (DPDA) Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU):  i) Hybrid Positioning system (DP3): having capability to operate in water depth from 400 meters to 3000 meters; ii) POB from 200 to 220 persons; iii) The Drilling Units shall be fit for “ZERO DISCHARGE” in accordance with the Angolan legislation and Azule Energy standard and with the Solid Control system onboard; iv) 2 x BOP’s Stack System and shall be in compliance with the API Specification 16A and API Standard 53.A – 15,000 psi; v) Drilling Units with Dual Activity Capabilities: Derrick shall be suitable for simultaneous operations; vi) Drilling Units ready for Well Testing (i.e. flare booms, etc); vii) Equipped with functional Rig Automation systems: like NOVOS, MMC or similar; viii) Evidence of wells drilled and/or completed by the rig to be provided of the last 5 years; ix) Complete HSE records of the Rig for the past 5 years; x) NPT for the last 5 years; xi) Provide rig KPIs in terms of drilling, tripping, completion running of the last 5 years; xii) Automatic tank cleaning; xiii) Digital Red zone management; xv) Optional MPD capabilities.

Provision of Geophysical & Geotechnical Well Site Survey: i) Proven international experience in offshore geophysical and geotechnical well site surveys and provision of geohazard assessment reports, in water depths up to approx. 400 m WD; ii) At least one owned or long-term chartered DP2 survey vessel, compliant with applicable IMCA guidelines for DP operations, with survey data acquisition and positioning conducted in accordance with IHO S-44; iii) In-house or sub-contracted geotechnical capability (borehole sampling and PCPT to approx. 30 m below seabed), with capability to provide spudcan penetration assessment report in accordance with ISO 19905-1.

Structured financing for Africa’s energy future.

Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited (“Renaissance”) invites eligible commercial banks and development financial Institutions to submit information relating to provision of structured credit facilities to finance contracts awarded by Renaissance to its contractors.

This proposed financing scheme is intended to support the development of local contractors, ease funding constraints and aligned with the objectives of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act (NOGICD Act), 2010.

This RFI is open to commercial banks and development financial institutions that are incorporated in Nigeria, fully licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company and the Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area, located in Kikuube and Hoima Districts.

CNOOC requires the services of a suitably experienced and qualified CONTRACTOR to provide Well integrity Services as outlined in the scope of work below;

SCOPE OF WORK

Lot 1: KFDA, Annual well inspection activities, Well maintenance, Tools & Repair & Calibration.

Lot 2: LA-2-S, Annual well inspection activities and well maintenance.

The contractor shall carryout the annual well integrity and well site maintenance services at Kingfisher Development Project Area and License Area 2 south (LA-2 South) in Kisinja Area, Kaiso Tonya.

• At Kingfisher, there are a total of 23 wells, comprising 4 legacy wells and 19 newly drilled wells.
• At LA-2 South, there are 10 suspended wells, namely: Nizzi (2), Waraga (3), and Mputa (5).

The scope also includes supply of well maintenance tools and consumables.
